Our Flagship Signature product.  Artisan cast metal shells are made from proprietary formulated sonorous alloys.   Machined in house to with in .005 of an inch tolerance.   Nominal wall thickness of 3.5MM balances weight with sound characteristics.  These drums combine power and articulation in one drum.  Well suited for high sound pressure level environments and Orchestral use.  Different articulations can be achieved by augmenting the snare bed for particular application.  Available in Copper (Lower pitched, dry with minimal overtones).  Bell Bronze (Mid range frequencies with rich powerful overtones) Brass (Mid to hi overtones with rich harmonics).  Sizes available are 4" to 8" depth by 13" and 14" diameter.

These Instruments posses a wide tuning and dynamic range not found in similar metal alloy drums.  This particular design has been researched and build tested over the last three years with outstanding results.  Available in Stainless Steel (brilliant Mirror or #4 brushed finish thin or heavy gage material) Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, and Bronze. The Solid single ply shell.  Painstakingly constructed from a single board of wood.  We only use the finest solids from the best craftsman in the industry.  Some of the best drums in the world are crafted from these works of art.  Advantages of single ply over multi ply is the single ply shell vibrates more freely then with the multi ply shell. Stave and Segmented are also some of the best sounding drums ever made.  We only use the best shells made by the most skilled craftsman on the planet.  Stave and Segmented drums provide a more focused response with more pure wood tone.  They can be produced in many different woods and sizes. We also build the finest ply drums using Keller Maple, Birch, and Vintage Mahogany/Poplar construction.  Ply configurations range from 5 to 10 ply for toms and bass drums.  Snare drum range from 5, 6, 8, 10, 20, and 30 ply.   Rerings may be added to thinner ply shells if requested. We cut bearing edges three different ways.  45 degree inner Cut with slight round over.  Double 45 degree inner and outer cuts.  45 degree inner cut with a more vintage round over on the outer to middle plys.  The edges are then fine sanded and polished.  Our nominal snare bed is 3MM deep by 100 MM wide tapered and blended with the bearing edge.  Other configurations can be accommodated.
